Radoslav Milev Katsarov is a founder and Executive Director of investment intermediary Status Invest since 1998 and a member of the Board of Directors of management company Status Capital AD. Radoslav graduated in International Trade Relations from the Institute of Economy, Sofia. He was Executive Director of Status 1 AD from 1995 to 1998.

Vladislav Panchev Panev is a chairman of the Board of Directors of asset management company Status Capital AD since 2006. Vladislav, a licensed investment consultant, graduated in Economics and Management of Transport from the University of National and World Economy, Sofia. From January 2006 to April 2006 he was Executive Director of KD Securities EAD and from June 2004 to January 2006 worked as investment consultant in KD Investments. Prior to his appointment at KD, Vladislav was financial reporter in Banker weekly and Dnevnik daily.

Maria, a licensed securities broker, worked for investment intermediary Status Invest AD as administrative assistant, employee at Operations with Securities department, head of the department, securities broker and from 2004 to 2006 - Director of Trading in Securities department.
